Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges on our products. Each candle, wax melt, and home fragrance item is crafted with 100% pure beeswax, organic hemp wicks, and carefully selected botanical extracts and essential oils. These products are designed for subtle, natural fragrance and consistent, clean-burning performance.

Because of the specialized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as scent preference, fragrance intensity, or product use. Once opened or used, items cannot be resold due to hygiene and safety considerations.

Our focus on purity, ingredient transparency, and intentional formulation means that the scent and performance of each item reflect a commitment to thoughtful, home-safe craftsmanship rather than conventional, heavily scented products.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any damage, please email us at info@solideogloriacandlecompany.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging (inside and out, including the shipping label if possible)

These photos are required so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and provide a replacement or refund.

If photos are not provided, we unfortunately cannot process a refund or replacement, as we need documentation for the claim. Damage reported outside this 48-hour window may also not be eligible.

Lost or Stolen Packages Policy

Once your order has been marked delivered by the carrier, Soli Deo Gloria Candle Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We are unable to replace or refund orders once delivery has been confirmed to the address provided at checkout.

If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with household members and neighbors, and contact your local post office for assistance locating the item.

We truly appreciate your understanding and recommend selecting a secure delivery location whenever possible. 

Non-Returnable Items

All of our products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Certain product types, such as personal care goods, perishable items, and custom orders, are also never eligible for return.

Our products are highly specialized: the purity of beeswax, combined with our careful ingredient selection, makes each candle and melt a toxin-free, clean-burning product. Once opened or used, these products cannot be resold or returned due to hygiene and safety concerns. Additionally, the subtle fragrance is intentional and reflects our commitment to air quality and wellness.

Promo Code Policy

Promo codes must be entered at checkout to be applied. Unfortunately, once an order is finalized, we’re unable to add or adjust discounts retroactively. This helps us keep things fair and consistent for all customers and ensures our system processes orders smoothly.

If you forget to use a code, you’re always welcome to save it for your next order — we love when you shop with us again!
