Shipping policy

All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We aim to ship within 1–5 days of receiving your order. However, during the warmer months, orders placed Thursday through Sunday will be held and shipped on Monday to help ensure your candles arrive in perfect condition. Because our products are made of wax, we want to avoid any risk of melting in transit over the weekend. This small delay helps us deliver the best possible product to you.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us at info@solideogloriacandlecompany.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Damage reported outside this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
